Keiji Inafune runs Inafune Academy, an educational program designed to nurture young talent and help them become the next pillars of the game industry. The Academy currently enrolls four candidates who attend once a week to learn through blood, sweat and tears about the state of the game industry and how winning games are pitched and produced.
